Known for its multi-path Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology, Oren Semiconductor has offices in Israel, Japan, and the United States. The company was founded on proprietary DSP and complex digital filters used in military applications. As this technology was perfected, a group of investors had the vision of applying it to the consumer electronics field of analog and digital TV markets. This technology was developed, tested, and improved in a number of deployments, with a number of industry partners.
